Claims management software for car rental fleets

Our claims management software is for self-insured operators who manage their own accident and damage claims. Every claim sits in one register. The renter reports the accident from their phone, you track the claim from report to outcome, and the lawyer’s documents come out already filled in. The renter’s excess becomes money owed, paid off in instalments.

Claims management is an optional add-on. Turn it on when you need it.

Pain

An accident turns into weeks of back and forth

A renter calls to say they hit another car. First you go looking for their details, their licence and their agreement. Then you ask for photos on WhatsApp, and the details come in over three days. Then there’s the tow, the repairer, the hire car, the assessor, the lawyer and the bills, each in a different chat or email. Months later you can’t say what the claim cost or whether the excess was paid.

Accident report from the driver’s phone

The driver fills in the accident report form on their phone. They mark the damage on the car with the damage picker and draw a sketch of what happened. The report goes straight into your claims register.

A claims register, from report to outcome

Every claim sits in one register. For each one, you record:

The software records and organises your claims. It does not decide them. The outcome of a claim is between you, the driver and the other parties.

Lawyer documents filled in from the claim

Lawyer documents, filled in for you

Upload the documents your lawyer uses. When you download them for a claim, or send them to the lawyer, they come out already filled in with the claim, the car and the renter’s details. No retyping the same details into five forms.

Excess paid in instalments

When a driver owes an excess, it becomes money owed on their account. Split it into instalments so the driver can pay it off week by week, next to their rent. It shows on the same weekly payment grid, so you see what is still owing.

Policy certificate for self-insured operators

If you are a self-insured operator, write your own policy certificate in the software and send it to your renters. It is attached to the renter’s signed rental agreement. You write the terms. We don’t write, check or advise on them. Get your own advice on your arrangements.
