These terms apply when you use the Weekly Car Rental website at weeklycarrental.com.au. The website is run by Web Development Experts Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”).
By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the website only. If you use the Weekly Car Rental software, our software terms also apply. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
1. General information only
The content on this website is general information about our software. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. We are not an insurer and do not provide insurance or insurance advice. Guides and articles about topics such as fines, rental agreements, bonds or rideshare rules are a starting point only. Rules change and differ between states. Get your own advice before you act on anything you read here.
2. Accuracy
We try to keep the website accurate and up to date. We do not promise that every page is complete, current or free of errors. Prices and features on the website may change. The price you pay for the software is set out in your account and invoices, under our software terms.
3. Driver enquiries
We do not own or rent cars. If you send the driver enquiry form, we pass your details to rental operators in Melbourne. Any rental is between you and the operator. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the operator’s cars, prices, agreements or conduct. We do not charge drivers.
4. No warranties
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties about the website, including that it will always be available or free of viruses or other harmful code.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
5. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the website or relying on its content.
6. Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, such as government sites, Pay Advantage, WhatsApp and our app login. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. A link does not mean we endorse the site.
7. Copyright and trade marks
We own, or have permission to use, the content on this website, including text, screenshots, graphics and the Weekly Car Rental name and logo. You may view and print pages for your own use. You may not copy, change, publish or sell any content without our written permission.
8. Using the website properly
You must not:
- Use the website for anything unlawful.
- Send false details through our forms, or send details of another person without their consent.
- Try to break into, overload or damage the website.
- Copy content from the website with automated tools, except normal search engine indexing.

We may change these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we agree to the courts of Victoria.
