Here are our car rental software updates, newest first, in plain words. The first release went live in early 2026.

- Meet Mona, the AI assistant inside the software. Ask a question in plain words and she looks it up in your own business.
- Report a problem from inside the software, with a screenshot, and follow the replies under My support tickets.
- New weekly payment grid: who collects each week, what state it is in and how it was paid. A week with a direct debit booked cannot be ticked by mistake.
- Accident claims can now hold up to 8 cars, with fault recorded for each car. New Spreadsheet view, assessor estimates, hire dates, storage charges and repair dates.
- New website builder: build pages from sections, add testimonials, hide your prices and blur number plates.
- Rental agreements: optional detail sections, a schedule of charges and a new modern PDF.
- Part of a week paid leaves the rest owing. Settling a bond shows what the driver still owes. One invoice can carry the bond and upfront rent.
- Drivers send their own car return by link, with photos, odometer, fuel and signature, and download their own invoices.
- A swapped car can bring its own price. Optional roadside assistance on rentals and bookings.
- Search your lists by rego, name or ID, star and flag claims, and move through long lists with numbered pages.
- A full redesign for phones across the software.
- New Help and Training page with HD videos.

- Team roles and permissions with email invites. Audit log names every money action.
