Weekly rent, collected and checked for you
The weekly payment grid shows every driver and every week, paid or overdue. Invoices and reminders go out by email and SMS on your billing day, in your time zone. Overdue drivers are chased by SMS.
Upload the CSV from ANZ, CommBank or ING and paid weeks are marked for you. Or turn on Direct Debit and PayID through Pay Advantage and the money comes in on its own.
The bond ledger tracks bond held, partial release and charges. Carry a bond to the next car when a driver swaps.
Drivers
Know the driver before you hand over the keys
Drivers upload their licence and ID from their phone. You check and approve. Returning drivers are recognised and do not upload everything again.
The shared defaulter check across operators flags a driver who left another operator owing money. Keep your own blacklist too.
Each driver has a profile with licence, ID documents, references, emergency contact and a notes timeline. Leads from your enquiries inbox become drivers in one click.
Agreements signed on the driver’s phone
Send your own rental agreement and T&Cs by SMS or email. The driver signs on their phone and you both get a PDF with your branding. Condition photos are taken by the driver at handover and return, with no app and no login.
Car in the workshop? Swap the driver into another car mid-rental with a handover record. Change the weekly price mid-rental, or set a minimum term. More about rental agreements.

Accident claims

Questions from rideshare fleet owners
Does it work for DiDi and Ola drivers too?
Yes. It works for any driver who rents a car from you by the week, including Uber, DiDi, Ola, Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers, and taxi drivers.
How small can my fleet be?
You pay per car on hire, so a small fleet pays a small bill. Book a demo and we work out the price for your fleet.
Can I keep my existing Pay Advantage customers?
Yes. You can import your existing Pay Advantage customers into the software. After that, you create, pause, skip and cancel Direct Debits from the software.
Do drivers need an app?
No. Drivers sign, upload ID and see their payments in the driver portal. It works on any phone. Mobile app for renters coming soon.
What do I need to get started?
Your spreadsheet of cars and drivers, and your current rental agreement. We import the data and build your contract for you.
